C-Razy ideas!

Early today, a dear friend texted me this:

My teen days always gets me to do the things which i normally dont; I used to go where my heart tells me; There were times when my mom forbids me but my spirits were so high , i end up getting tangled with the unforbidden moves.

Oh well, those were the times of my life! I have changed then, I became a silent type person. My thoughts wont make me do the unwanted feelings. My heart tells me better what to do and not. Life has changed for me. And that was a century ago too!

Lately, i get the feeling something’s lacking. As if there is something that i need to do… so strong it makes me want to fly with ease and soar high, to be with the clouds! Something tells me go out and embrace life! Search the hidden and open up to the realities and beauties of nature!

Accept the faults done but keep in mind that there is still a great world out there! In short: Grow! Learn and be FREE! ‘coz life is trully BEAUTIFUL!

..Smile!

It makes a world of difference.

Dance.

Who knows when you won’t be able to?

Cry.

Holding those emotions inside is bad for you.

Kiss.

It’s one of d most wonderful things in this world.

Laugh.

What’s the point in hiding happiness?

Frown.

Why let them know you’re unhappy?

Apologize.

You don’t wanna lose friends.

Hug.

There’s no better feeling than being wrapped up close to someone you love. Live. Because life is everything!

City of Manila- April, 2007. It was when i was there for our annual convention of United Architectrs of the Philippines (UAP). And it was quite breathtaking to witness the glory of the city lights amidst the darkness of night in an urban ambiance.

Ahhh, Manila City @ night!  ’twas nice to be there, atop the Manila Pavillion where we were housed. This one i took @ the 11th floor level inside the hotel on early dusk. You can still see the skyline at the background stealing the sun’s radiance across the bay area. And this is Roxas boulevard now. Cool place to be during summer specially @ night!

Badminton, my second best sport this summer. Ahh, yes, just finished two games - all wins! I owe it to my partner. Thanks!

It is the summer tournament of the city hall employees. This is getting interesting. Last year was kind of un-baked so to speak. We get to play with un-matched level of players. Some were the beast, others just started, etc.

But this year the pairing is done by drawing names of the ladies’ on who to pair with whom in the men’s. It’s them who get to be paired with whoever name they get in the draw. And mind you, we got off a splendid start coz my partner and i won the first game with ease! Lucky for me, i was told my partner is one of the best player.

And more luck came when we played the second game skillfully better than the  first one! We did it in two straight nights i.e. one game each night. But on Monday, we were told we would be playing thrice! Oh my! I better take some gatorade before the games huh, what do you think?

Hmmnnn… on second thought- i might include Badminton as my second best sport after Tennis (lawn) from now on.

Quiet… calm… serene. A time to care… to share… and to L-O-V-E.

*Yes, it just but perfect time to contemplate and reminisce our deeds, specially the bad ones and try the very best to rebuild ourselves and renew our beings to a refreshed and more learned individual. Make amends to friends who became bitter and let love flourish to the people close to our hearts.

*Let them feel how we trully love them and care for them and wants to share with them all that we have. Allow ourselves to be immersed to a love so pure and unconditional.

*Because, for whatever purpose we are to live in this world, only Him up there knows it best! A blessed Black Saturday to everyone!   *-*

That special lamp sitting atop my computer CPU is so dear to me because it enables me to focus on so many things…I’m in attention to many details and of minute objects that it illumnates  like:

1. Paper clips strayed out its box- allowed me to percieve life as it opens up a day at a time;

2. Pens and pencils, which stood up straight and ready as if me standing by the door eager and able to face life and its realities;

3. Huge black scissors amidst the other praphrenelia of what-nots in a cup-reminding me the complex yet interesting status wherein i am a role player;

4. Iron Candlestand with flowers around it (at the back of the lamp) -telling me that life is full of wonders;

5. Sweet plaster-of-paris teddy bear which gracefully stand having its head up- tutoring me to keep both my feet on the ground fixed and steady but ever brisk whenever tantrums surmise;

6. Black and squared fragrance oil candle holder for the bedroom - emitting its romantic essence to refresh my body as well as my inner self and become a renewed person every so often;

and perhaps lastly but the most important one;

7. The cool yet bright light, which the lamp boasts - allowed me to brainstorm that i could fullfill my destiny and satisfy my mind in accepting how complex this journey called LIFE is!

As i touch this lamp with my bare fingers, it lights up instantly and shows off the illumination it can offer, depending on the tapping succession of the fingers:

* ist touch lights up very softly but can illuminate the entire bedroom;

*then next touch lights up dimly bright to see anything around

*the third sequence lights up its vibrant bright light bringing in wholesomeness and care to the rest of the room!

Tap it on the fourth sequence and it’s gone… yet it still there awaiting its next sequence of adeptness to its obedience and then starts another series of its craftsmanship, as with LIFE’ s continuing cycle of ups and downs.  *-*

As i sat here staring, my mind is beyond what is obvious… Glaring light seeps through my eyes as if piercing through my brain… Ahhh, life!

What has is offered me so far? Has it by far surpassed my expectations; my wants; my needs…

Yes, Life! It is an entrapment; a lair; an incubation amidst my complexing ego… What do i need…? Want…? like…? don’t like…?

I’m here now, not yesterday; not tommorow. And i’m here

to stay

to live

to give

to share

and

to love ?

As we hold today, as Catholics, the celebration of the blessing of the palms which marks the beginning of Holy Week, it reminds us to be humble and forgiving. It is our way of commemorating Jesus Christ’s sufferings before He was nailed on the cross. It is high time therefore to contemplate and ask for forgiveness to those whom we have erred to and in turn forgive those who unconsciously forsaken us. 

Let us try to connect to each other by communicating through words of wisdom, thoughts of forgiveness, deeds of friendships by which aim is to be humble and forgiving, though how hurting it may become.
