A new day!
A friend once wrote "Each new day is a new opportunity to renew our life and to redirect its course if we need to. Each sunrise brings fresh rays for the leaves, fresh leaves for the worms, fresh worms for the birds, fresh birds for the sky, and fresh sky for all of us to appreciate."
Indeed! He is simply correct. Take note I underlined the phrase:" if we need to". I agree with him in saying: Of course! In each our own existence there would surely come a time when we feel we do not belong anymore; does not connect with reality any longer; cannot comprehend with what’s going on… etc, etc.
So, for us to be in commune with the rest of the world, we might as well wake up and realize that there is a great new world out there to cherish; blue skies to see; golden sunrise to view; greener grass to smell; leafy trees to touch; cooler breeze to feel. Surely each renewed day brings forth new laughter, new hope, new friendship…even a renewed promise.
